I don't leave many reviews but we had a VERY good experience with River Mill Data Management. First, we could actually talk with them in person when we called. They were good about returning calls. And we got our shredding business scheduled promptly. They were great about keeping us in the loop as to schedule. On the day of the actual shredding, they called to let us know the approximate time frame and then called ahead when they were close. Keith was the representative that arrived in the shredding truck. He was very professional and friendly and did a great job. He arrived on site and was gone (with my shredded documents) in about 15 or 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend these folks.

I highly recommend using this company for anyone looking for bulk /mobile shredding services. Not only do they have the best prices to date (I compared them with 5 other companies who service southeast GA) but their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNPARALLELED (I'm talking Chick-fil-A customer service.) It was super easy to drop off a couple of boxes for shredding. Took 10 minutes tops. I will say that the minimum is $12 (super great price and worth the convenience) so make it all in one trip if you just have a few boxes.

This was the second year we hosted a shred event and it was great. RiverMill Data was more than willing to help us and Keith, our driver was wonderful to work with. He is very professional and helpful and took great care of us.
